tell us if we have a match or not; if there is no match your
order will be rejected. This is another way to ensure that
the owner of the card is in fact the one using it. Choosing a shipping address
other than your credit card billing address will delay your
order as we will need to confirm it with your credit card

Tina’s Homecare is committed to working with its customers to
ensure products with warranties perform according to the
manufacturer’s specifications. Warranty information, where
applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.
Any damage caused by the consumer is not covered and therefore
If the product is defective, and you have the original
packaging, contact our Customer Service Department to receive a
return authorization number (RMA). We will then exchange the
product. No substitutions allowed. All unauthorized returns
without a RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Merchandise may be
returned within 21 days for a refund or exchange. Notification
by customer must be made to our Customer Service Department
within 48 hours of delivery in order to receive credit for any
product error, damage, or loss occurring in transit. Goods must
be returned in unused condition with a copy of the original
invoice and be suitable for immediate resale. All items must be
in their original packaging with appropriate paperwork enclosed.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs
are non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection.
Due to FDA regulations, once the product has been taken out
of its original packaging, it is no longer returnable.
